Hi!  I am Lacie Mitchell and this will be my 8th season at South Lake High School as the head cheer coach.  I would say my coaching style is Tough Love, but I believe all of my athletes know how important each one of them is to me, so the tough balances out.  I have been coaching cheerleading for over 20 years and have coached athletes to state, regional, and national titles.  I am mom of 4 kiddos and love all sports (nothing as much as I love cheer), but I have been to over 20 professional sporting events.  I was born in Washington DC (raised in Northern Virginia).  My family and I moved to Florida in 2015 and we love it.  I am so excited about this upcoming season for our cheerleading program so be ready!

FUN FACT: I have more Orange and Black in my wardrobe than any other colors.

FAVORITE THING TO DO:  Spending time with my kids, watching my kids play baseball and soccer, and DISNEY.
